Receiver I Yard/Warehouse
About The Position
Under direct supervision, handles daily receipt of merchandise received from vendor trucks. Examines shipment for defects and shortages against receiving documents. Records factors causing goods to be returned. Unloads and moves incoming shipments to storage. Forwards approved receiving documents to appropriate department for processing. Individuals holding a Medical Marijuana Card are not eligible for this position as it is considered a safety-sensitive position. This position involves tasks that, if performed under the influence of drugs or alcohol, could expose the team member or others to serious bodily injury. This includes roles requiring the operation of machinery, power tools, working at heights, or driving as a regular job function.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must not hold a Medical Marijuana Card as this is a safety-sensitive position.
