About The Position

They are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join their Forest Hill team. The role involves receiving and verifying deliveries, inspecting products, organizing and storing products, managing inventory, and supporting the team with moving product to the floor or departments as needed. The company emphasizes delighting customers with every visit through genuine service and a focus on quality.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments
- A team player with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous receiving, warehouse, or grocery experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming deliveries against invoices and purchase orders
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper temperatures (where applicable)
- Organize and store products in designated areas (coolers, freezers, dry storage)
- Ensure proper rotation of stock (FIFO) and maintain accurate inventory practices
- Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to leadership promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage area
- Support the team with moving product to the floor or departments as needed
