About The Position
The Rebate Disbursement Analyst (G26) position within the OptumRx environment is a hybrid role operating Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, with no overtime expected. This role is crucial for supporting the accurate and timely disbursement of approximately $18B in annual client rebate payments. The analyst will be responsible for end-to-end rebate disbursement execution for an assigned client portfolio, acting as the subject matter expert on client contracts and rebate terms. This involves partnering cross-functionally with Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Rebate Analytics, Billing, FP&A, Legal, Underwriting, and Client Management to resolve issues, perform variance and root cause analysis, and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in complex financial operations, rebate operations, payment operations, or a similar analytical environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
