About The Position
Tiger Star Construction is seeking a skilled Rebar Fabricator & Installer to cut, bend, assemble, and install reinforcing steel (rebar) for construction projects. This role ensures structural integrity by following project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Rebar Fabricator & Installer in construction
- Ability to read and interpret rebar drawings and bending schedules
- Skilled in cutting, bending, and tying rebar accurately
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting, bending, and working on scaffolds
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Fabricate rebar according to project specifications, drawings, and bending schedules
- Install rebar in foundations, slabs, columns, walls, and other structural components
- Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and rebar schedules
- Use rebar cutting, bending, and tying tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect installed rebar to ensure proper placement, spacing, and alignment
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and report to supervisors
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth construction workflow
