About The Position

Walmart is growing its Realty Execution team and is looking for a Realty Project Coach to help lead store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the U.S. As a Realty Project Coach, you will take ownership of project execution from start to finish, helping ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Walmart's quality standards. You will work closely with store leadership, associates, suppliers, and other key partners while leading teams and resolving challenges in the field.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area; OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in business or a related field.
1+ year of experience leading cross-functional teams.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of store and club remodels, new construction, and special projects.
Own project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day execution for assigned locations.
Communicate project plans, changes, progress, and potential obstacles to key stakeholders.
Partner with store leadership to minimize the impact of projects on store operations.
Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates working on projects.
Motivate teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Resolve concerns involving store leadership, suppliers, associates, and other project partners.
Monitor project progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
Support Walmart's policies, procedures, standards, and commitment to quality and integrity.
