Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Hands-on experience in project management, space management, store design, operations or data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across departments
Responsibilities
- Coach and lead cross-functional teams through realty and space management projects
- Apply data analysis and operational expertise to inform strategic decisions
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with store design and operations teams to optimize store environments
