Realty Project Coach
About The Position
As a Realty Project Coach, you will take ownership in delivering store remodels, new stores, and special projects, in stores across the US. This role primarily involves working overnights, with shifts averaging from 10 to 12 hours. Frequent travel, up to 1000 miles from home, is a requirement, with associates expected to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17-21 days at a time. Travel areas are based on project workload and will change as business needs dictate. While the associate will be based out of a home store, they can expect to travel to surrounding states or farther to support projects. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for RPC roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Availability to travel and work overnights.
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
- Experience with leading people, projects, initiatives, or leading cross-functional teams.
