About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Realtor to join a specialized new home sales team supporting a well-established production builder. This unique flex opportunity is designed for a Realtor who wants to expand their experience within the new home industry while maintaining variety in their day-to-day business. The role combines builder listings, on-site sales opportunities, broker and purchaser engagement, and community support, while providing exposure to a growing pipeline of future communities. As part of the team, you will work closely with dedicated new home sales and operations professionals to support active communities and builder inventory.

Requirements

• A licensed Realtor in good standing
• Professional, polished and confident when working with purchasers and Realtors
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Strong in lead follow-up and relationship management
• Organized, responsive and accountable
• Comfortable learning builder processes, product and sales programs
• Flexible and able to support different communities or assignments as required
• Interested in developing or expanding a career within the new home sales industry

Responsibilities

• Representing builder-owned inventory and MLS listings
• Supporting sales centers and communities on-site
• Conducting purchaser and Realtor appointments and property tours
• Managing inquiries and following up with prospective purchasers
• Supporting open houses, broker events and community activations
• Developing and maintaining relationships with local Realtors and broker partners
• Becoming knowledgeable in community plans, product offerings, pricing, incentives and available inventory
• Supporting new community launches and sales initiatives
• Working collaboratively with a specialized sales, marketing and operations team
• Helping develop purchaser and broker relationships that contribute to the builder’s future pipeline of communities
