About The Position

We’re looking for a driven Real Estate Coach who is eager to align with eXp Realty —and specifically the Neal & Neal Team —to develop and lead our Traction Program . This high-touch, hands-on training platform is built to help new and/or inexperienced real estate agents hit the ground running and set the foundation for long-term success. This is not a traditional salaried coaching role—it’s an opportunity to build multiple income streams, grow a powerful downline at eXp, and directly shape the next generation of real estate professionals . As the Traction Coach , you’ll guide new agents through their first transactions while also earning from their production and long-term success. You’ll gain access to the Neal & Neal Team’s proven brand, systems, and resources to help you scale, plus a steady stream of newly licensed agents funneled directly to you by San Antonio’s #1 team . Year 1 Income Potential: $150,000+ PLUS personal production

Requirements

  • Active Texas real estate license with proven production history.
  • Not currently with eXp, but eager to align with the brokerage (and specifically the Neal & Neal Team) to launch and scale a thriving downline and coaching program.
  • Deep understanding of contracts, negotiations, and real-world real estate scenarios.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and developing agents.
  • Strong leadership, teaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Business mindset with a focus on building long-term wealth.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit & Prospect New Agents Call “just licensed” lists and network with newly licensed agents.
  • Partner with real estate schools (Champions, Aceable, etc.) to source talent.
  • Host engaging career nights and Q&A sessions to attract prospects.
  • Coach & Mentor Lead weekly 1:1 and group coaching sessions with new agents.
  • Provide real-time guidance on contracts, negotiations, and deal troubleshooting.
  • Teach monthly rotating core classes to help the agents get up and running.
  • Program Oversight Track and support agent progress through their first 5 transactions.
  • Ensure marketing, transaction management, and open house opportunities are in place.
  • Identify and recommend high performers who may advance to the Neal & Neal Team.
