Requirements

• Previous experience with reality capture technologies and data processing software (e.g., Autodesk ReCap, Leica Cyclone, Faro Scene).
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong experience in 3D laser scanning.
• Possess a FAA Part 107 Certification for UAV (drone) operations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reality capture technologies such as laser scanners, drones, and 3D cameras to collect accurate spatial data from construction sites.
• Work closely with project managers, BIM (Building Information Modeling) coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and project requirements are met.
• Maintain detailed records of data collection processes and results, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Conduct quality checks on captured data to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of reality capture tools and software.
• Travel to various project sites as needed to perform data capture tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
