JMT’s Survey department offers an exciting work environment that leverages modern technology (terrestrial/mobile/aerial LiDAR, Drones, robotics, bathymetry, etc.) balanced with sound traditional survey procedures to deliver projects related to surveying, mapping and Subsurface Utility Engineering. This position is responsible for the overall completion of the data processing phase of specific field survey/SUE projects. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Requirements

• Knowledge of surveying and or reality capture
• Experience with Open Roads Designer and/or Carlson Survey
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to pass Background Check

Responsibilities

• Develop base mapping (field to Finish Processing) through conventional survey, Utility plans and/or LiDAR
• Analyzes raw data and identify problems
