About The Position

The Areli Real Property Team Lead, supporting the Army Reserve 99th Readiness Division, acts as the real property subject matter expert (SME), guiding and leading the onsite Areli team in daily task management, system usage, and problem resolution. The Team Lead oversees team efforts to resolve system errors and discrepancies, addresses InSITE errors, and ensures the Areli team supports all aspects of audit readiness. Provides training, mentoring, and oversight of Areli team members in the Real Property Office while fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment. Leads efforts and processes for analyzing GFEBS data, updating and entering information, and editing records so reporting aligns with physical and digital real property folders. Leads efforts in conducting physical inventories and facility assessments including measurements to validate GFEBS data accuracy, assembling and submitting audit samples, and reviewing asset records to confirm complete and accurate reporting. Serves as principal liaison to customer stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and implement processes to enhance accuracy and compliance. The Team Lead demonstrates professional customer service skills and strong oral and written communication, serving as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This position supports the USAR 99th RD DPW in GFEBS real property reporting for consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness. The candidate must quickly learn new technologies and office automation tools. This role leads a team of 3-5 analysts or technicians and understands structures/building uses, asset category codes, construction terminology, business systems, and office equipment. The position reports to the remote Areli Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively manage personnel and task organization.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, company leadership, and Government stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in GFEBS real property functionality within 60 days of hire.
  • Professional customer service skills and good oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to effectively maneuver on uneven terrain during real property inventories.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Per Government contracting requirements, the candidate must be able to clearly speak, read, and write in the English language.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Must pass and maintain a National Agency Check Investigation (NACI).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of two years of DPW or related equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Army Real Estate/ Real Property operations or similar roles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading a small team (3-5 people).
  • Experience supporting audits.
  • Indicate if applicant has a Common Access Card (CAC) within the past two years and/or have GFEBS real property data entry experience.
