The Real Property Specialist Junior will support base civil engineer responsibilities concerning real property acquisition, management, accounting, reporting, facility use, disposal, and FIAR readiness. This role involves performing a wide range of complex real property functions, including inventory maintenance, reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation of real property records with various entities. The specialist will also be responsible for Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) actions, assisting with file maintenance, determining the need for and processing out-grants, and implementing Air Force guidance for various real estate transactions. Additionally, the role requires coordination with base entities, support for space accountability, preparation of key supporting documents and reports, and responding to customer inquiries. The position also entails conducting deep-level research, analyzing asset history, and providing coaching and guidance to Real Property Technicians.
