About The Position

The Real Estate Trust Account Analyst role supports the Trust Real Estate department in setting up and maintaining trust and fiduciary accounts. This role is responsible for performing analysis and maintenance to ensure accounts meet compliance requirements. The position emphasizes providing top-quality service with integrity, caring, and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience reviewing real estate legal documents

Responsibilities

• Analyze and research title issues, account information, and other property related legal documents to ensure compliance requirements are met
• Support Real Estate and Administrative personnel with the management and maintenance of real estate properties held in accounts
• Perform the setup, transfer, and inactivation of properties in the accounting system and maintain the asset database related to property to ensure accurate documentation
• Oversee the setup and collection of fees for the management of real estate assets
• Take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
