About The Position

The Real Estate & Transaction Program is a structured 12-week internship designed to provide undergraduate students with meaningful exposure to real estate, acquisitions, and transactional processes. Participants will engage directly with experienced professionals, contribute to active projects, and gain practical insight into market analysis, financial modeling, and deal execution.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (enrollment status will be verified).
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (required).
Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications.
Demonstrated interest in real estate, finance, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and transaction-related due diligence.
Assist in preparing financial models, valuations, and analytical reports.
Support transaction execution, including documentation review and tracking of deal progress.

Deliver a final project or presentation summarizing key learnings and recommendations.
