About The Position
The Transaction Coordinator oversees all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. This role updates the MLS and marketing websites, reviews and updates documents within the transaction files, inputs all necessary information into the client's database and transaction management systems, and coordinates with vendors as requested. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills and can act as the ambassador of the Company brand.

Responsibilities
- Updates the MLS and marketing websites
