The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Facilities & Support Services (OFSS) is seeking candidates for the position of Real Estate Tech 2. This position is located in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia and will require travel to facilities as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Two (2) Years of experience in commercial real estate, space management or space allocation.

Responsibilities

Draft Letter of Intent or Preliminary Lease Terms.
Prepare Package for DHS Signatures. This includes Lease packet routing to the divisions (DFCS, DCSS and DAS) for preliminary approval.
Renewal and renegotiations.
Receive revisions from SPC/Savills.
Participating in project kick off meetings with SPC/Savills.
Report maintenance and repair issues and follow up.
Coordinate move-out inspection form.
SPC forms (SAF, SUP and SUQ) is to be routed accordingly per division.
Attend site visits and be aware of the issues being addressed.
Review lease documents, renewals, amendments and leases.
Identify key points from lease and transfer to internal database.
Complete financial task including but limited to CAM charges.
Update Prolease & MicroMain.
Update internal project tracking spreadsheets.
Update maintenance tracker.
Update move in/out tracker.
