About The Position
Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Ludlow and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks. Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in Vermont. To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. If you are unlicensed, Showami can help. We have access to discount real estate licensing classes and can help refer you to brokerages in your area once licensed. Respond to this job posting to get more information.
Requirements
- Must be a currently licensed real estate agent
- Must have access to the MLS
- Must have experience showing homes in the Ludlow area
- Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
Responsibilities
- Assisting with buyer and rental showings
- Performing light inspection reports
- Hosting Open Houses
- Completing other real estate tasks
