About The Position
KeyPleaz contracts licensed real estate agents with paid, on-demand field assignments in their local market, including buyer and rental showings, property access, and other real estate tasks. We are currently expanding our network of licensed agents throughout Phoenix and the surrounding area. This is a flexible opportunity to earn additional income on your own schedule while staying active in real estate and building your professional network. You choose the assignments that work for you based on your availability, location, and the pay offered by the posting agent. Simply download the KeyPleaz app, browse available assignments near you, and claim the ones you want. Set your availability, take on assignments that fit your schedule, and get paid for the work you complete. This is 1099 independent contractor work. You are not an employee of KeyPleaz, and you remain affiliated with your current brokerage.
Requirements
- Active real estate license in good standing in Arizona
- Full MLS access in the Phoenix market
- Experience showing homes in the Phoenix area
- Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
- Smartphone, iOS or Android, to run the KeyPleaz app
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver license, since every assignment is in the field
Responsibilities
- Buyer and rental showings
- Property access and condition checks
- Runner assignments such as lockbox and sign placement, key drops, and document delivery
