About The Position
Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Bald Head Island and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.
Requirements
- Must be a currently licensed real estate agent
- Must have access to the MLS
- Must have experience showing homes in the Bald Head Island area
- Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
- Must have full MLS access
- Must have the ability to schedule and show homes
Nice To Haves
- If unlicensed, Showami can help with licensing classes and brokerage referrals.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with buyer and rental showings
- Completing light inspection reports
- Hosting Open Houses
- Performing other real estate tasks
