About The Position
KeyPleaz contracts licensed real estate agents with paid, on-demand field assignments in their local market, including buyer and rental showings, property access, and other real estate tasks. This is a flexible opportunity to earn additional income on your own schedule while staying active in real estate and building your professional network. You choose the assignments that work for you based on your availability, location, and the pay offered by the posting agent. KeyPleaz is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide brokerage services. Licensed agents who take assignments through KeyPleaz stay with their current brokerage and work under their own broker's supervision.
Requirements
- Active real estate license in good standing in Virginia
- Full MLS access in the Virginia Beach market
- Experience showing homes in the Virginia Beach area
- Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
- Smartphone, iOS or Android, to run the KeyPleaz app
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver license, since every assignment is in the field
Responsibilities
- Buyer and rental showings
- Property access and condition checks
- Runner assignments such as lockbox and sign placement, key drops, and document delivery
Benefits
- Assignments are paid per completed assignment.
- The pay is shown on the assignment before you accept it.
- Most completed assignments in this market pay between $30 and $100, and open houses generally pay more.
- Often there are several properties in a single request, and you are paid for each one.
- Payment is by direct deposit after the assignment is marked complete.
