About The Position
Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks. Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in South Carolina.
Requirements
- Currently licensed real estate agent
- Access to the MLS
- Experience showing homes in the Myrtle Beach area
- Ability to show homes using an electronic lockbox
- Full MLS access
- Ability to schedule and show homes
Responsibilities
- Assist with buyer and rental showings
- Perform light inspection reports
- Assist with Open Houses
- Perform other real estate tasks
- Schedule and show homes
