About The Position
Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Anderson and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks. Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown. Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in Iowa. Respond to this job posting to get more information.
Requirements
- Currently licensed real estate agent
- Access to the MLS
- Experience showing homes in the Anderson area
- Ability to show homes using an electronic lockbox
- Full MLS access
- Ability to schedule and show homes
Responsibilities
