About The Position
KeyPleaz contracts licensed real estate agents with paid, on-demand field assignments in their local market, including buyer and rental showings, property access, and other real estate tasks. This is a flexible opportunity to earn additional income on your own schedule while staying active in real estate and building your professional network. Agents choose assignments based on availability, location, and pay. The process involves downloading the KeyPleaz app, browsing and claiming assignments, setting availability, and getting paid for completed work. This is 1099 independent contractor work, not employment with KeyPleaz, and agents remain affiliated with their current brokerage.
Requirements
- Active real estate license in good standing in North Carolina
- Full MLS access in the Asheboro market
- Experience showing homes in the Asheboro area
- Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
- Smartphone, iOS or Android, to run the KeyPleaz app
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver license
Responsibilities
- Buyer and rental showings
- Property access and condition checks
- Runner assignments such as lockbox and sign placement, key drops, and document delivery
