About The Position

The Neal & Neal Team is a top-producing real estate team in Texas and one of the largest teams at eXp Realty. They are seeking motivated agents who are ready to build momentum in their business with consistent opportunities and strong support. The team provides a steady pipeline of buyer and seller leads through their Zillow Preferred Partner status in San Antonio. Agents receive hands-on support, daily training, mentorship, scripts, conversion coaching, and systems designed to help them close more business faster. The team is expanding across various markets in Texas, offering growth opportunities for agents looking to scale their business. Agents are supported by an in-house team handling transaction coordination, listing support, marketing, live tour requests, CRM, and follow-up systems, allowing agents to focus on clients. The team closed 998 homes last year and is on track to help over 1,200 families this year, with hundreds of millions in annual sales volume. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want consistent leads, are coachable, communicate professionally, care about client experience, and want to increase their income. The team aims to help agents create more consistency, closings, better systems, and a sustainable business.

Requirements

  • Active Texas real estate license
  • Full-time availability and flexibility for evenings/weekends
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed at a high level
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizes and manages time effectively
  • Go-getter, energetic personality
  • Team player, coachable, and has a growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of lead calls and build your database
  • Ability to confidently and patiently nurture leads until they are ready to transact
  • Show properties across San Antonio to interested clients
  • Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Prepare a market analysis to determine the property value for sales
  • Educate clients on real estate procedures
  • Work with your Transaction Management team to close the deal
  • Provide a 5-star experience to everyone you work with
