The Maryland and Delaware Group is looking for a proven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our Salisbury office. This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for someone with deep real estate experience and the drive to build a world-class sales operation. As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the force behind team performance, agent development, and revenue growth. Your leadership will directly influence our sales results, team culture, and market expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in real estate sales management
  • A current or former licensed agent with firsthand knowledge of the industry
  • You set high standards, push for performance, and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Comfortable holding others to high expectations and supporting them in reaching them
  • Skilled in building and refining sales systems to improve conversion and consistency
  • A mentor and motivator who brings energy, structure, and excellence to every interaction

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Coach: Train and support agents to increase lead conversion, improve client service, and close more deals
  • Drive Performance: Set clear goals, track production metrics, and hold agents accountable for results
  • Recruit Top Talent: Source, interview, and onboard experienced and aspiring agents to grow the team
  • Implement Proven Systems: Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and daily workflows to boost efficiency and scale operations
  • Shape Culture: Create a high-performance, collaborative team environment grounded in professionalism and growth
  • Strategic Leadership: Work with executive leadership to align sales strategy with company objectives and market opportunities
