Great Homes of South Carolina is a growing real estate team built on local knowledge, genuine client relationships, and agents who take their work seriously. We cover the state from the Upstate to the Lowcountry, and we're looking for a Sales Manager/Market Leader who's ready to help lead what we're building. This is a hands-on leadership role inside the team. You'll work directly alongside our Vp of sale, other market leaders, Broker in charge to grow the team and develop the people already on our roster, and make sure the team is operating at a high level day in and day out. You won't be behind a desk, you'll be in the mix, coaching, connecting, and driving results. The right person for this role has already been a licensed agent. You know the work, you've managed or mentored people, and you're ready for the next chapter. You bring energy, follow-through, and a genuine interest in seeing others succeed.
