About The Position

Real Estate Sales Executives are responsible for presenting and selling vacation
ownership products to qualified guests. This role offers strong earning
potential with all leads provided by the company—no cold calling or
self-generated marketing required. Successful candidates demonstrate
professionalism, strong communication skills, and an ability to build rapport
with a diverse client base.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
• Must be able to obtain or maintain a Hawaii Real Estate License (licensing support available)
