About The Position
HomeTeam4u is seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent who loves helping people but feels overwhelmed trying to do everything themselves. This role offers real-world mentorship and training, with a focus on providing agents with leads, coaching, support, systems, and accountability to build a predictable and rewarding real estate career. Requirements
- Wisconsin Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Desire to grow personally and professionally
- Commitment to creating exceptional client experiences
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with buyers and sellers
- Follow up with the provided leads
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process
- Attend coaching, training, and role-play sessions
- Leverage our systems and technology to serve clients at a high level
