About The Position

We are growing fast — and we are looking for a driven, people-focused Real Estate Recruiter to help us scale. Our goal is clear: 15 agent hires per quarter (60 per year) — and not just hires, but agents who succeed, stay, and grow into top producers within our organization. If you get energy from people, love being face-to-face, enjoy strategic conversations, and are equally comfortable picking up the phone and prospecting — this role is for you. This is not passive recruiting. This is proactive, relationship-driven growth. Requirements

  • Recruiting, sales, or real estate experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prospect, follow up, and manage a recruiting pipeline
  • Goal-driven with a track record of measurable success
  • Organized and disciplined with KPIs
  • Comfortable on camera and at live events
  • Real estate knowledge strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive 15 agent hires per quarter through inbound and outbound recruiting efforts
  • Actively prospect productive and growth-minded agents in the Charleston market
  • Conduct recruiting appointments and career consultations
  • Nurture long-term recruiting pipelines and follow up consistently
  • Generate referrals from agents, industry partners, and professional networks
  • Host recruiting events and market-facing networking opportunities
  • Build relationships with brokerages, lenders, vendors, and industry connectors
  • Partner with marketing to refine recruiting messaging and campaigns
  • Participate in creating recruiting content (videos, social media, events)
  • Represent and communicate our value proposition clearly and confidently
  • Research local competition and position our opportunity strategically
  • Recruit agents who align with our culture and standards
  • Track and support their transition into the organization
  • Work alongside leadership to help drive retention and performance growth
  • Contribute to the goal of elevating 20% of new hires into Tier 1 (top production level)
