About The Position

The Real Estate & Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing real estate and construction-related projects across the organization. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards while serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, real estate, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated experience in project management, construction management, or real estate management preferred.
Strong organizational, financial, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Valid Maine state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as defined by organizational policy required.
Department of Transportation Annual Motor Vehicle Record Check required.

Nice To Haves

Licensed as a Maine State Real Estate Broker preferred.
Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops project and real estate plans and budgets and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
Coordinates, directs, and monitors construction and real estate activities and associated costs to ensure completion in accordance with project plans and budgets.
Serves as the owner’s liaison with internal and external parties to communicate, obtain information, and resolve conflicts related to real estate, space planning, and lease agreements.
Tracks all lease costs and escalations and supports the development of annual budgets.
Collaborates with leadership, vendors, contractors, and consultants to support successful project execution.
Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, organizational policies, and safety standards.
Maintains accurate documentation and reporting related to project and real estate activities.
Operates a motor vehicle to conduct organizational business as needed.
