ROLE SUMMARY The Project Manager will report to the Design Project Manager and work closely with the Development and construction team to execute our national studio refresh program. This role will oversee planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, timelines, and quality control to ensure refresh projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with evolving brand standards. They will help coordinate vendor management of key vendors (millwork, flooring & lighting) including purchasing of products. This position reports to the Design Manager and will work closely with the Development Team and Operations team. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, refresh/renovation programs, orretail/fitness development
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents, drawings, leases andcontracts
  • Experience managing projects across multiple states or regions
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines
  • Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm
  • Must be willing to travel up to 30-50% in order to fulfill the requirements of the position
  • Strong professional and effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and coordinate with Construction and Facilities to define scope forrefresh program & scope studios (50+)/yr to support national rollout.
  • Assist in managing vendor partners to complete construction documents forpermitting (as needed), including preliminary floor plan/layout, and written scopesand specifications
  • Assist in coordinating work with landlords and their approval process.
  • Assist in reviewing construction documents. Striving to understand and manageconstructability and value engineering opportunities.
  • Coordinate with vendors to review and approve finishes, fixture and equipmentsubmittals during construction process.
  • Collaborate with Construction Team during budgeting, design and constructionphases.
  • Coordinate with operations regarding schedules and downtime at the studio level.Ensure communication with operations partnersthroughout project (planning thru punch list completion).
  • Travel required to review scope, manage vendors onsite (where needed) and uponproject completion.
