About The Position

Snappr is seeking a Real Estate Photographer based in or near Minneapolis–Saint Paul, MN to capture high-quality property images for listings, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns for one of the leading full service, local property management. The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, and comfortable working independently while delivering great results. Collaborate with clients to understand each property's unique selling points and creative direction. Capture interior and exterior photography across a range of residential and commercial properties. Apply professional camera, lighting, and composition techniques suited to real estate environments. Deliver images in a timely manner for use in listings and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, ideally with a real estate or architectural portfolio.
• Proficient in photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills; able to meet listing deadlines consistently.
• Creative, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with professional camera equipment and wide-angle or tilt-shift lenses is a plus.
