About The Position

Hometrack Real Estate Marketing is seeking an experienced Contract Photographer for high-volume real estate digital media. The company specializes in professional photography, Matterport 3D tours, videography, drone services, virtual staging, custom design, and printed materials for realtors and small businesses. This role offers consistent work, with the company handling all scheduling and client appointments. Photographers focus solely on capturing stunning images, with a dedicated editing team managing post-production. Ongoing training in digital media and imaging, including Matterport, 2D floor plans, and drone imaging, is provided.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as a photographer.
• Own a Full Frame DSLR camera.
• Own a wide angle lens (14mm - 17mm).
• Own a sturdy tripod.
• Access to a computer for file submission.
• High-speed internet access.
• Reliable smartphone.
• Confidence working with File Management for initial file handling and uploading.
• Reliable transportation.
• Punctuality.
• Impeccable professional presentation.
• Must provide a link to photography portfolio (website or photo-sharing site) for consideration.
