About The Position

At Hometrack Real Estate Marketing, we are dedicated to providing realtors and small businesses with the highest quality products and services — professional photography, Matterport 3D tours, videography, drone photography/videography, virtual staging, custom design, and printed marketing materials. We offer ongoing training to our photographers on digital media and imaging, so that as a team, we can remain on the forefront of the ever-evolving world of real estate technology. Photographers at Hometrack are required to learn an array of digital services offered through the company, such as Matterport, 2D floor plans, and drone. Our hardworking administrative department will schedule all of your appointments so you don't have to. As a photographer at Hometrack, you do not have to stress about generating leads or selling; you can simply do what you love to do. Our editing team takes care of all your editing as well. All we ask is that you send your daily photos to us by 8:00pm (EST) same day. Travel to adjacent counties may be required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as a real estate photographer
• Full Frame DSLR
• Wide angle lens (16mm/17mm)
• Tripod
• Computer for editing
• High speed internet
• Confidence working in Lightroom
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone
• Eye for detail
• Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
• Professional presentation
• Must provide a link to your website or real estate/architectural portfolio, or provide a link to a photo-sharing site.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced shooting and editing techniques
• Experience with Matterport camera
• Experience with drone technology
• Videography skills

Responsibilities
