About The Position

Elevated Productions is seeking a full-time Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join their creative team. The company specializes in creating premium visual content for real estate professionals in the competitive Bluffton / Hilton Head Island, SC market, covering everything from luxury coastal homes to high-volume listings. This role is for a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in consistent, high-quality work and is looking to build a career and grow their skills within a fast-moving, high-quality creative company. The position offers consistent full-time work, opportunities for skill expansion, and no editing responsibilities.

Requirements

• Basic photography and/or videography experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Positive attitude and strong people skills
• Highly dependable and able to handle a full-time workload
• Organized and comfortable managing schedules and file delivery
• Comfortable using a computer for file handling and communication
• Take ownership of your work and care about doing things right
• Reliable, clients and team members can count on you
• Coachable and want to continuously improve
• Comfortable working independently in the field

Nice To Haves

• Interest in drone work (experience is a plus, we’ll train the right person)

Responsibilities

• Photograph and film residential and vacation properties on a daily basis
• Capture clean, bright, and compelling visuals that showcase each home
• Operate (or learn to operate) drones for aerial photo and video
• Represent our brand with professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication
