For this position, the ideal candidate enjoys being busy and thrives with consistent / repetitive work, not letting any details slip. Expect to work on hundreds of deals every year. Experience with mortgage lending documentation and procedures is required. Core job responsibilities may include running: loan closing, loan syndications, and/or loan enforcement actions. Closing is focused on compiling kay legal items, reviewing title, and coordinating and executing closing including recording lending instruments. Syndication is focused on collection necessary legal items, effectuating sale of loan interests, and working with Finance to ensure proper settlement and accounting. Enforcement work involves working with team members to effectuate legal remedies on sub-and non-performing loans. Compensation is competitive with bonus potential based on productivity and work being free of errors. This position is in office; remote work is not offered but potentially for limited periods of harsh weather. No travel is expected for this position. The work environment is unstructured but predictable. Think strategically and self-manage while also taking direction from senior personnel.
