About The Position

The Three Sixty Real Estate Painter/Cleaner is responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new residents by providing high-quality painting, cleaning, and turnover services. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the appearance and condition of our residential properties while ensuring each apartment is move-in ready. The Painter/Cleaner works independently and collaborates with the Property Management and Maintenance teams to meet occupancy goals while delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
  • Previous interior painting experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple apartment turnover deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain professionalism while working in occupied and vacant properties.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing detailed cleaning and painting tasks.
  • Ensure all assigned apartments meet company quality standards and are move-in ready within established timelines.
  • Coordinate turnover activities with the Property Management and Maintenance teams to support occupancy goals.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of apartments during turnovers, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting all surfaces, fixtures, and baseboards, cleaning windows, mirrors, countertops, cabinets, and appliances, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and removing trash, debris, and leftover materials.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure a clean, professional appearance throughout the apartment.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by patching holes, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming as needed.
  • Paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other interior surfaces to company quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while protecting flooring, fixtures, and resident property from paint or damage.
  • Clean and properly store painting equipment and supplies after each project.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of assigned properties by identifying cleaning or cosmetic issues that require attention.
  • Report maintenance concerns or repair needs promptly to the Property Manager or Maintenance team.
  • Help ensure common areas remain clean and presentable when requested.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and proper handling practices for cleaning chemicals, paints, and equipment.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding project status, supply needs, or issues impacting apartment readiness.
  • Assist with additional property-related projects as assigned.
