We are currently undergoing a company-wide strategic planning initiative to shape our next 5–10 years. As part of this effort, we are seeking a strong operational leader who can help us reimagine and optimize our internal processes and organizational structure to support future growth. The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, bookkeeping functions, property operations, and internal process improvement. This individual will serve as a hands-on administrative leader while assisting with bookkeeping responsibilities such as invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable support, reconciliations, expense tracking, vendor coordination, and financial recordkeeping. In addition, the Office Manager will help improve operational consistency across commercial and multifamily assets by supporting process design, SOP development, cross-departmental coordination, and implementation of scalable systems. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable balancing administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities in a growing real estate environment.
