About The Position

New Covenant Media is a content-driven marketing agency helping real estate professionals and service business owners build high-end visual brands. We specialize in real estate photography, short-form video, and digital media systems. We are expanding across Richmond, VA and Maryland, and we’re looking for ambitious, media-minded Interns who want hands-on experience on location, direct mentorship, and a clear path toward becoming a paid lead media creator.

Requirements

• Based in (or near) Richmond, VA or Maryland with reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Students or aspiring creatives interested in photography, videography, real estate, or visual marketing.
• Punctual, detail-oriented, coachable, and professional on site.

Nice To Haves

• Owning a DSLR/Mirrorless camera is a strong plus, but enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn matter most.

Responsibilities

• Shadow lead photographers on active real estate shoots across Richmond or Maryland.
• Learn high-demand industry tools, including CubiCasa (digital floor plans) and Matterport (3D virtual tours).
• Learn how to shoot interior/exterior real estate photography, control lighting, and set up spaces for maximum visual impact.
• Assist with asset organization, file transfers, and learning our same-day media pipeline.
• Gain real-world experience communicating professionally with real estate agents and homeowners on site.
