About The Position
You'll find the properties we build on and sign the hosts who own them. You'll work with our COO on every lease, from the first call to a signed deal.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial or industrial real estate, leasing or site acquisition
- Comfortable negotiating with owners, brokers and their lawyers
Nice To Haves
- A network among property owners in Southern California is a plus
Responsibilities
- Find and qualify properties with the power and space for a site
- Pitch property owners and build relationships with site hosts
- Negotiate leases, access rights and renewals
- Work with engineering, legal and brokers to get each deal closed
