The Real Estate Manager partners with the Sr. Director of Development Corporate Clubs to manage and drive the Company’s market development strategy across an assigned territory. The Manager is responsible for end-to-end site selection and deal execution, including sourcing and evaluating locations, securing approvals, and negotiating lease agreements to support new club growth and relocations. The ideal candidate combines strong market insight, financial acumen, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage broker relationships and move deals forward in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
