About The Position
The Real Estate Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs to company owned property. Coverage area for retail locations around the Knoxville, TN area.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record, company vehicle provided.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Has strong time management, organizational skills, with particular attention to detail.
- Must have general handyman expertise and knowledge.
- Ability to complete maintenance tasks, as directed.
Nice To Haves
- Related construction or maintenance experience is desired.
- Welding experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Roadway/parking lot repairs, patching potholes
- Building maintenance, dry wall repairs, floor tile replacement, restroom maintenance, interior/exterior painting
- HVAC filter changes and maintenance
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs, replacing electrical outlets and covers
- Must have knowledge of an assortment of hand tools
