About The Position
Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking motivated Listing Agents to build and scale their listing business. We provide the tools, support, and systems necessary for agents to grow their business, strengthen their brand, and operate more efficiently while delivering a high-level client experience. Successful agents will be supported in winning appointments, communicating value to sellers, pricing strategically, marketing effectively, negotiating confidently, and managing transactions smoothly from listing to closing. Crown Homes offers administrative and transaction support, coaching and business development, technology and CRM systems, and a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Active Real Estate license in TX
- Licensed real estate agents
- Agents who enjoy working with sellers and building listing inventory
