About The Position

This role is for a Real Estate Lawyer focused primarily on FCT Title Transfer transactions. The work is structured, collaborative, and high volume. Beyond managing files, the lawyer will help improve the practice by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen precedents, improve checklists, and build better processes to enhance team service delivery. The firm is looking for individuals who believe there's a better way to practice law and are eager to contribute to improving existing systems.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in British Columbia.
• Experience handling residential real estate transactions, particularly FCT Title Transfer files.
• Enjoy a structured, high-volume practice.
• Think in systems and naturally look for ways to improve processes.
• Communicate clearly with clients, lenders, and colleagues.
• Work well in a collaborative, team-first environment.
• Comfortable using technology to deliver better legal services.

Responsibilities
