Prospect’s real estate private equity business is housed within National Property REIT Corp. (“NPRC”), a private, wholly owned REIT that has invested over $3 billion in multifamily, student housing, and self-storage properties. NPRC currently owns 47 multifamily properties and 3 student housing properties. Prospect’s real estate credit strategy was launched in 2025 with a focus on preferred equity multifamily investments. The Position Prospect is seeking two highly motivated Real Estate Investment Analysts to support the expansion of NPRC (equity) and PCRED (credit) originations. This role is designed for candidates with 1–2 years of real estate investment, investment banking, or commercial real estate experience who are eager to develop as investors and take on meaningful underwriting and analytical responsibility.
