About The Position

Kingdom Homes is a nationwide real estate wholesaling and flipping company operating in over 15 markets across the U.S. We've transacted on 500+ properties with the help of 30+ teammates worldwide. Our core business connects off-market discounted properties with local investors. We opened our in-person headquarters in North Hollywood in March 2026. At Kingdom Homes, you'll have the remarkable chance to collaborate directly with the founders, Jordan Wise and Daniel Newman, two visionary leaders with extensive experience in real estate, technology, and business scaling. Both founders work daily out of our new LA office, giving new team members the opportunity to learn directly from their journeys and gain invaluable insights into achieving success at the highest levels. This is an unpaid, in-person fall internship based at our North Hollywood HQ. It is structured primarily for the intern's educational benefit, providing training and experience similar to what one would receive in an educational or vocational setting. The internship is tied to the intern's educational program or career development, and is designed so the intern, not the Company, is the primary beneficiary of the arrangement.

Requirements

• Students or recent grads pursuing a degree or vocational training in real estate, business, finance, or a related field
• Eager to learn the wholesaling and flipping business from the ground up
• Want hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing real estate company operates and scales

Responsibilities

• Acquisitions: foundational knowledge of the property acquisitions process
• Dispositions: real estate disposition and investor relations
• Real Estate Operations: operational fundamentals of a wholesaling business
• Real Estate Business Scaling: shadow company founders on day-to-day business scaling
• Transaction Coordination: how real estate transactions move through escrow
• Recruiting: exposure to real estate recruiting and hiring practices
