About The Position

This summer internship position is for students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, or related fields. The intern will support various aspects of real estate transactions, market analysis, and financial modeling. Candidates must be returning to school or graduating at the conclusion of the internship term. NXP is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.

Requirements

Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field
Strong analytical and research skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling basics preferred)
Good communication skills (English; Mandarin preferred for China roles)
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Interest in real estate markets and investment
Must be returning to school or graduating at the conclusion of the internship term. If graduating prior to July 2027, apply to Entry Level full-time roles.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and data analysis
Collect and analyze market data (rents, vacancy, pipeline, comps)
Prepare summary insights and reports
Support transaction and leasing activities
Assist in listing preparation, client presentations, and site visit coordination
Maintain deal trackers and documentation
Assist in financial and investment analysis
Build/maintain basic financial models (cash flow, ROI, IRR support)
Support due diligence and valuation inputs
Coordinate project and stakeholder activities
Liaise with internal teams, brokers, and clients
Schedule meetings and track deliverables
Prepare presentation materials
Develop PPT decks, market reports, and marketing collateral
Ensure data accuracy and professional formatting
Perform administrative support
