About The Position

Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking a Real Estate & Finance Paralegal to join our busy Real Estate & Finance team, resident in our Buffalo office. You’ll be responsible for the administration of, and support related to, commercial finance and real estate transactional closings, including complex acquisitions, dispositions, and secured lending transactions. This includes preparing and reviewing deed packages, surveys, title documents/curatives, loan documentation, UCC financing statements and lien searches, closing checklists, and coordinating with title companies on policies and endorsements. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to meet deadlines and focus on details.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- A bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of three years in a transactional paralegal role.
Responsibilities
