Real Estate Finance Counsel
About The Position
Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a Real Estate Finance Counsel to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing practice that handles a range of financial and real estate matters for a variety of clients. The Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. The team represents lenders and commercial real estate developers in a variety of transactions across the United States.
Requirements
- 10+ years of significant commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Excellent academic credentials
- Admitted and in good standing in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and/or Texas
